Ferrera-Balanquet is the author of the books Aestesis Decolonial Transmoderna Latinx_MX (2019) and Imaginarios Creativos y Soberania Erotica Decolonial (2018), and has edited the critical anthology Andar Erotico Decolonial (2015), Ediciones del Signo, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Co-Executive Director, Howard University Gallery of Art.
